CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

BUTTER             1 CUP
SUGAR               2 CUPS
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR   3 CUPS
EGGS                   4 NO.
VANILLA FLAVOUR   1TSP
BAKING POWDER      3 TSP
MILK                                1 CUP
SALT                                PINCH
Instructions:
1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, prepare the cake pans by spreading butter and adding some flour on it.
2. Combine the sugar with the butter until the mixture is fluffy and light.
3. Add in the vanilla extract and continue to mix well.
4. Break the eggs and separate the whites. Add in the egg yolks to the creamed butter mixture. Whisk after each addition.
5. Pour the baking powder into the all purpose flour. Sift some of the flour and add it into the creamed butter.
6. Add the flour and the milk in an alternate manner, while mixing continuously.
7. Whisk the batter until some air bubbles begin to appear.
8. Beat the egg whites and sprinkle some salt. Fold in the egg whites into the cake batter.
9. Transfer the batter into the greased cake pans.
10. Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

CAPSICUM-PANEER RICE


INGREDIENTS
.
curry powder    1/4 CUP
masala powder  1tbsp
onion                 1 no.  (cut into slices)
red capsicum      1 no.
green capsicum  1 no.
yellow capsicum 1 no
ghee or oil        2 tbsp
paneer              1/4 cup
frozen peas       1/4 cup
boiled rice        2 cups
ginger-garlic paste  1tbsp.
green chilli       1 no.
salt                    1 tbsp
fresh coriander.

FOR CURRY POWDER

cumin seeds      1 tbsp
coriander seeds 2 tbsp
chana dal          2 tbsp
peanuts             2 tbsp
seseme seeds    2 tbsp
red chilli           4 no.

dry roast everything and add little salt to it and grind to make a fine powder..

PROCEDURE:

  1. In a frying pan add oil and some garlic pieces and allow it to fry..
  2. now add sliced onions & green chilli and allow to fry for 2 minuts..
  3. add some ginger-garlic paste and allow to fry untill raw smell goes off.
  4. add peas and capsicum pieces & panner and allow to fry for 4 to 5 minuts..
  5. and add salt and cook it for another minute.
  6. after capsicum cooked add curry powder and masala powder. and everything combine well. adjust salt, red chilli pwd, curry pwds according to taste. and cook it for 3 minuts..
  7. now combine already boiled rice to it and give a stir..
  8. allow to cook it for 2 minute on low flame (or) untill rice coated with all powders..
  9. garnish with some coriander... serve hot...
