Ingredients
Eggs - 2
Capsicum( Bell Peppers) - 1/2 cup chopped
Haldi/ Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
green chilli 1 no. (or) red chilli pwd 1 tbsp
coriander pwd (dania) 1 tbsp)
masala pwd 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp +1 tbsp
Method
- In a dosa tawa add 2 tbsp oil and add onion pieces, and fry for 2 minuts.
- Now add capsicum pieces, ginger-garlic paste and fry. to this add salt, red chilli pwd, dania pwd and fry for 1 more minute. and put aside.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and add above fried mixture and 1/2 tbsp masala pwd, pepper pwd.
- Adjust salt and chilli pwd and mix well.
- Grease a tsp of oil in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture and cook on a lower flame.
- Flip the omelette after 2-3 mins and cook the other side too till you get a light golden color.
Note : Add few drops of milk to get more fluffy omelette.
