Tamato Egg Curry

Ingredients:  
tomato egg curry


  •  onions (finely chopped)    1&1/2 cup
  • .tamato (finely chopped)   1/2 cup
  •  boiled Eggs   3 no.
  •  green chilli    1no.
  • red chilli         1 no.
  • masala pwd    1 tbsp
  • dania pwd      2tbsp
  • red chilli pwd. 2-3 tbsp
  • tamarind pwd  1/4 tbsp
  • cumun seeds   1/2 tbsp
  • oil                   3 tbsp
  • salt to taste.
  • curry leafs      
  • coriander
  • cashew nuts   10-15 (optional)
  • ginger-garlic paste 1&1/2 tbsp
  • coconut-milk 1cup  (or)  curd 3-4tbsp
Procedure:
HEAT OIL
1. In a cooking bowl  take oil and allow to heat.
fry Egg slices
2. Add turmeric powder and egg slices. fry in low flame (just 1/2  minute). 
3. Take slices into another bowl. 

4. Add cuminseeds, red chilli, curry leafs, green chilli, onions to the     remaining oil. and fry for 2 minuts.   

5. Add ginger-garlic paste, tamato peices, cashew into the pan. and     fry for 2 more minuts with-out  closing lid.  

6. Add salt, redchilli, garam masala, dania pwd, according to taste. and fry for a minute.   

7.   for EGG FRY:
       Add egg slices to the above process, and fry in a medium flame         by closing lid untill egg slices getting all masala...
     for EGG CURRY:
          Add 4tbsp curd to the above process and add egg slices and         carefully mix with gravy... curd gives sour taste & light gravy          to the curry.

      for EGG GRAVY CURRY:
     Add coconut milk to curry. and fry for 2 more minuts by closing lid. then milk obsorbs all masala. now add egg slices to the gravy. adjust all masalas, salt, chilli pwd if any more wants.. fry untill gravy getting some thickness....

8. Add or garnish coriander according to ur taste.......
